Shipping and Delivery
Customer will receive a follow up email on shipping status within 48 hrs. Orders are sent UPS or USPS. Special orders will receive an email with projected delivery window. Special orders delivery time frame is 12 to 16 weeks from date of order.
Refund Policy
Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund on cost of the item. Any shipping overages and credit card processing fees from original order will be deducted from the refund.
Must be free of any marks and wear or refund will be adjusted to reflect the condition of returned product.
Cancellations/ Restocking subject to an additional 5% surcharge
Special orders and made to order are not refundable.
Warranty
Fleeceworks' Product Guarantee
- Fleeceworks' products are under full warranty for six months from date of purchase. This warranty covers defective material or workmanship only. Normal wear and tear, damage due to inappropriate care or misuse is not covered under this warranty. (Click here for care recommendations.)
- Product must be purchased from an authorized Fleeceworks' dealer.
- Please note: In order to make a claim under Fleeceworks' warranty policy, you must submit the original purchase receipt.
- Warranty does not include close-outs or seconds.
How to make a claim:
- Please contact our customer service at information@fleeceworks.com for a Return Authorization number.
- Upon receipt of this number, please mail the item to us. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- We suggest a delivery service that allows for tracking and insurance of the item. Fleeceworks is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Important: In addition to the item, the package must include the original receipt, your full contact details, as well as a brief description of the problem.
